2.1 By registering an account on the win66 platform, accessing the platform after registration, making any deposit, placing any wager, or using any feature of the win66 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

21+ Age Requirement — Non-Negotiable: Providing false information about your age during win66 registration is a breach of these Terms and applicable Philippine law. Accounts found to have been registered by persons under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any associated balance may be forfeited.
4.1 To register a win66 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required for KYC verification.
4.2 You agree to promptly update your account information if any of it changes after registration. win66 may suspend your account pending re-verification if we have reason to believe that account information is inaccurate or outdated.
4.3 Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any time win66 deems necessary for compliance purposes, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:

4.5 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your win66 account.

5.3 Deposit Conditions. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. 5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. win66 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts following written notice to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

6.2 RNG Certification. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win66 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.2 Upon account closure for reasons not related to breach of these Terms, win66 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the Player via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification.
10.3 Players may request voluntary closure of their win66 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player following verification procedures.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits win66's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 win66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at win66.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an account on win66, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 win66 may disclose player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units where required by applicable Philippine law or in response to a lawful order of a competent authority.
14.3 Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data held by win66, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to win66's customer support team.
15.1 Any dispute or complaint arising from your use of the win66 platform should in the first instance be submitted to win66's customer support team via the live chat function in your account dashboard or by email to [email protected]. Win66 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
15.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority for external review in accordance with applicable procedures.
15.3 Game outcome disputes must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session. Win66 will review server-side logs for the session in question and provide a written response within ten (10) business days. 16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Material amendments will be communicated to account holders via the registered mobile number or via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the win66 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
